Jigsaw Cup Tournament Registration Form
Join us Friday 9th September at 6pm for a relaxed 5-aside football tournament! To participate, choose your team of 5, sign up under your Captain’s name and make your JustGiving page. All we ask is that each player raises a minimum of £20 each, £100 per team. Share with your friends and family to get a boost in donations! The winning team will have a message attached to the water access equipment, whether it’s for themselves or on behalf of someone else.
We recommend at least 5 players, and a maximum of 8 with subs.

All funds raised collectively from the tournament will go entirely towards funding a Water Plant in the winning team’s name. The size of the plant will depend on the amount raised.
